In his two consecutive journeys around the world, the artist Miquel Jordà
has visited 60 countries, has taken 10,000 photographs and has recorded 2,000
minutes of sound (250 audio documents) and 200 hours of video. Across the
skin of the world is the journey across the planet with artistic senses.
As a simultaneous and living documentary, this window includes a world full of
contrasts which is criss-crossed by progress, communications, the media and the
leisure industry. A world of differences and closeness which is getting smaller,
without losing its differences. A journey across the human spirit, a recreation
of a mosaic with human quality as its main motif.
