The Day Parade, which can be seen every day at the Forum, is a show called Higroma, created by the company Sarruga. This performance will feature a procession of giant insects that will march throughout the Forum Plaza.

The goal of the performance is for the ants, dragonflies,
butterflies, caterpillars and praying mantises to
join spectators to create an ecosystem where visitors
can participate in spontaneous activities and improvisations.
In this performance, the magnitude of the aforementioned
elements—the animals--reverses the usual perspective
of the spectator, who becomes the smallest creature
and sees the world from an ant's point of view.
Higroma is a parade that invites spectators to reflect
on their natural surroundings and the impact development
has on the environment. |

The soundtrack
The soundtrack was composed especially for
this show. The parade will be accompanied
by electronic music that is in keeping with
the mechanics of the elements, and is made
up of different musical textures that will
be fused to describe the different actions.
The musical textures will be mixed with sound
effects that will immerse spectators in a
forest. Parts of the music will be repeated
in such a way that it is never exactly the
same. |

 |
| The main character in this show is "Arcà,"
an oval-shaped wooden element that represents the
magic and harmony of the microcosm. During the show,
we witness how the environment suddenly suffers
the aggression of a polluting, damaging figure:
the "Torre," a mobile trap, greasy, residual,
aggressive and manipulated by unscrupulous agents
whose ambitions push the limits of the essence of
Arcà. |
