In most countries there is a group of youth
organisations in charge of organising the National delegations
participating in the Festival and, therefore, of coordinating
the registration of their delegates. In some countries,
these are the National Youth Councils, provided that they
are independent and autonomous from governments; in other
countries, these are a group of coordinated Youth Associations
working together. All groups appearing in this site have
been endorsed as National Preparatory Committees (NPC)
by the International Preparatory Committee.
